Monthly rates are based on a 30-night stay. If you extend your stay, any additional nights will be charged at the applicable nightly rate.
Our accommodation is designed for long stays, with a minimum stay of one month. However, if you are planning a shorter stay, please contact us, as we may occasionally have availability between existing bookings.
